This website does not make us your HIPAA business associate. Before any work that could involve patient information, both sides must sign the agreements the law requires.

Paid work

Any paid work requires a separate written agreement signed by both sides.

Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate information.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for this website will not exceed $100. A signed agreement for paid work controls that work.

Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the site at risk.
