Your clinic stores what thieves want.
We visit small clinics and review their logins, printers, Wi-Fi, medical equipment, backups, and vendors. You get a written risk analysis that shows what to fix first.

What we do
Small clinics hold the same sensitive information as large hospitals, usually without a security team. We visit your clinic, find the everyday gaps that put it at risk, and give you a written risk analysis with a ranked list of fixes. We do not change your systems. With your approval, we work with your IT company, or one we refer, to make sure it has all the information it needs about what to fix.
| Logins and passwords | Shared logins, second login steps, and access for the formerly employed. |
|---|---|
| Phishing training, business email settings, and how patient information transfer. | |
| Computers, tablets, and phones | Updates, encryption, screen locks, and personal phones. |
| Printers, copiers, and fax | Stored data, default passwords, and unsecured pages. |
| Wi-Fi and network | Guest access, router settings, and firewalls. |
| Medical and imaging equipment | Old systems, vendor access, and network separation. |
| Backups and recovery | Offline copies, restore tests, and what happens if systems go down. |
| Vendors | Which vendors can see sensitive info and how that affects your risk. |
| Paper and disposal | Storage, shredding, and old devices. |
How it works
- 1.Create an account for your clinic.
- 2.Answer the free assessment. Choose your type of practice, and the questions adjust. Estimates are fine, and your progress saves.
- 3.We review your answers, call you, and give you a price before any visit.
- 4.If you choose to continue, we visit your clinic. A staff member stays with us. We do not open patient records, enter passwords, or change your systems.
- 5.Within 5 business days, you get a written risk analysis that shows what to fix first.
- 6.We go through it with you and introduce you to an IT company if you need one. With your approval, we make sure your IT company has all the information it needs about what to fix. About 60 days later, we check in on your progress.
Built around your kind of practice
Dentists, orthodontists, OB-GYNs, pediatricians, and other clinics share many of the same risks, but their equipment and patient records differ, so our assessment changes for each one.
Why this matters
One stolen record can contain a name, date of birth, Social Security number, insurance details, and medical history. A credit card can be canceled. Most of this cannot be changed.
